• Visit this link https://eamcet.tsche.ac.in
• Select "Forgot Registration Number" 

You need to fill your details

• Enter your Transaction ID   
• Enter your qualifying exam hall ticket number (intermediate)
• Enter your SSC hall ticket number (10th class)
• Press submit button after filling details

Then your TS EAMCET registration number would be recovered.
