As you want to know about your chances for select in PSU for electric. For sure selection in PSUs, any rank near 200 is considered good added that your performance in the interview is average. Why I am saying this is I have seen many top 20 rankers failing to find themselves in the final merit list of a PSU. So along with a good rank, you have to be at least average in your interview for the final selection. Some PSUs also conduct GD which is an elimination round. So you must be well prepared for that.

At least 80% marks in very branches engineering like electrical engineering will get a chance in public sector universities for oscillation in Engineering or Technology. Have got 221 rank in general in electrical branch of engineering then there is a chance for you to get public sector University for taking admission in Mtech or ME. So go ahe digital planning and to make your future bright to be determined.
