Secondly, for 2021 the predicted cutoff for Gen EWS is in between 70-75 percentile.

So if we go with the predictions then surely you will be able to clear the examination. And JoSSA counselling can be filled by everyone no matter whether they qualify the exam or not. But seats are only given to those who qualify.
