Dear Aspirant, for government quota , if you are scoring around 385 then your rank is supposed to be in between 158051-190201. Also for general category this rank is not sufficient for you to get a government medical seat. With a score of 385, your rank might be approximately between 143021-154839. This is an expected rank range: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-result-marks-vs-rank .In 2019, under State Quota, 422 marks secured a seat in SIMRC, Mangalore under General Category. That has been the cut off. And so 385 is a tad less for a seat in MBBS under General Category. Now this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
