So, 'GET' is a verb, which means 'to attain something or to receive something'.

You can use get in sentences like :

1. Get+ adjective : Get tired

2. Get+ place : Get to the school

3. Get + comparative : get better

4. Get as in to receive something : Get a letter

5. Get as in buy something : Get a sweater
