Bachelors in Pharmacy is a 4 years undergraduate course in pharmacy. Yes you can definitely do B.Pharm if you have passed your class XII from open school with more than 50% marks provided you had Physics, Chemistry and one subject from Biology/ Mathematics/ Biotechnology in your 10+2.
