Frstly congratulations for your rank of 2064 in AP-ICET. Now as per your rank you might be able to get a seat in Andhra University under SC category but can't say for sure. Everything depends on the counselling procedure of AP-ICET. Till now the official dates for AP-ICET counselling hasn't yet been declared but is likely to be conducted by Sri Venkateswara University in the last week of July. So better attend the counselling procedure and see which colleges are you getting. Hopefully you will get a good college as you have a good rank and also fall under SC category.
