Hello aspirate 

Your neet is not sufficient to expect government medical seat under 15% AIQ. And since you didn't mention your category I would inform you that if you belong to general category you cannot get seat in government medical college.May get in private college.  But if you are sc/st candidate then there is a hope of getting government college under 85% state quota.
