Well, 69.55 percentile is quite less percentile to get admission in IIT. Or we can say that, it is impossible for you to get into any IIT ,NIT, or any reputated college with open category. To get into IIT , NIT you have to score more than 98% in jee mains for NITs and in jee advance for IITs.
So , work hard until you achieve your goal. All the best for the future ahead.
