Only AIR rank will be considered during admission time anywhere in the country.
There is no use of OBC, state, ST, SC ranks.
For example, if you belong to OBC and want admission in NIT, university, DTU etc. And you have 2 ranks in your rank score:

All India Rank
OBC rank

Then only AIR is useful for admission. OBC rank is just a number.

So, give me your AIR.
