I guess by  IPE you mean Intermediate Public Examination. You have not mentioned your stream, state or choice of subject in Under graduate hence it is not possible for me to help you as efficiently as I could have.

However in the general sense most colleges offering any course in West BEngal take only 12th marks into consideration (except for BTech and MBBS) Ex:Asutosh college, Sri Sikshayatan etc

There are some BTech colleges like LPU and VIT who have taken admission on the basis of 12th marks this year due to covid 19(it migh not be like this next year).
