first of all congratulations for getting a good rank but based on your rank and caste there is a chance of getting admission in any particular college

Based on your rank there is a chance of getting admission in JNTUH if you are belongs to bc-d or SC or St category according to the 2018 cutoff rank provided by Jutuh
Cutoff rank changes year to year so try your luck
