No Raji,the process has not yet started .As per the official MCC website ,candidates must check the website daily for updates on NEET 2019 Counselling. MCC will commence the Counselling process in the second week of June.

Here is the schedule of NEET counselling for 2019

Round 1 for all India quota will start from Second week of June 2019, for round 1 last date for registration will be around fourth week of June 2019

Round 2 for all India quota will start from first week of July 2019 and last day for registration is second week of July 2019
