Sir,What is purpose of fees (e.g.5K for all India level 2lakhs for deemed universities,etc) while NEET councelling registration 2019?

That fees is firstly taken as a security that you are really interested for the seat and secondly it is a sort of income for the government to earn a decent amount and increase a percentage of economy by taking these fees as convenience fee for counselling.
