All the rank are All India Rank in JEE Main. Based on the previous year cut off ninth round of JAC counselling for general category (outside Delhi) you do not have chances to get seat in any of the institutes through JAC counselling. The cut off changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
