I'm getting 80.5 percentile and 68000 OBC category rank in Jee mains 2020. Can I get anything in DTU, NSUT or IIITD? Pls answer my life depends on it.

According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the asked college as per previous year's cut-offs of JAC Merit list which you can check from the link given below :-

But yes I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
