If the College you have choosed  has reimbursement facility then almost 50 to 70 % of fees will be refunded and if the particular college doesn't have any kind of reimbursement facility then you must go with scholarship . depending on the marks you have obtained in particular Study level,  the amount will be refunded. So must check with the type of facility the College is providing.
