If i consider previous year cutoff trends , then your can expect a government mbbs seat through state quota counselling and your state domicile.

Previous year, For obc the the cutoff was 473  to get seat in government medical college Seth GS Medical College, Mumbai,

So with this you can make an estimation that for Sc category, you can expect a seat with 449 marks,  but in the last rounds of counselling.
