Yes, if you are in the final year (or say final semester) of your graduation, even then you can fill up the online application form for the University of Delhi to pursue your post-graduation. The application portal will tentatively open in the first week of April, 2020. If you are a NON-DU student, then you will have to appear in the entrance exam conducted by the University. No merit based admissions are provided to NON-DU students at PG level. And if you clear the entrance exam with good marks and get selected, your name will be published in their admission list according to your category and entrance results along with the name of college which has been alloted to you in the official website :  du.ac.in

So, fill up the form and try securing 60% aggregate or above in your graduation. It will help you additionally while applying for any kind of scholarships and in case of tie- breaker situations.
