As you have stated already that you have got 3589 rank in IPU CET and 162 rank in BVP BUMAT and you are from Delhi and general category.  So I would suggest you that you have good options for yourself and you can get a number of good colleges like JIMS Rohini etc.. as you have not provided what branch you are looking for so I cant give you detailed information about which all college are you eligible in.
