I am very sorry to inform you that you may not be able to get into any NITs, IIITs or GFTIs for any course on the basis of OBC rank 66072 in JEE Mains.

You should look for other state government college like Bihar Engineering, West Bengal Engineering or private college.

You aren't eligible for any of the NITs and IIITs with this rank. You can try for the GFTIs till the ladt round or take admission in the private college on the basis of JEE mains score.

As per the previous year cutoffs you have a tough chance of getting any NIT or IIIT or GFTI.
If your luck favours then you might get some seats of lower ranked NITs and IIITs in the later rounds.
NITs such as NIT Patna, NIT Andhra, NIT Uttarakhand, NITs from North-east and some IIITs such as IIIT Kota, IIIT kancheepuram,etc
