See if you have basic knowledge, speed can be increased by practice. To build concepts and understand it better, ask your teachers, discuss your problems. It is not that difficult once yu you start understanding basic things.
For improving your speed, solve as many questions as you can everyday.
Solve previous year question papers. Solve mock tests. That will help you a lot.
You can get previous year question papers by clicking on following link.

Hi,

Physics is tough in NEET for all. And more to some.

You need to do some basic things so that you can gain more marks in physics.

Don't mug up the concepts. Understand and apply it. As some questions will be based on the application also.

Allot more  time to it and read more.

Go to some tuition or a coaching centre, they will help more in it by teaching the syllabus.
