Yes you can get a job in IOCL after doing bsc hons (chemistry). You'll be recruited in staff cadre as JEA (junior engineer assistant) grade 4 in Iocl, where you'll take charge of plant operation in shift duty. You can check the vacancies for IOCL on the site under 'people's career' tab. Right now, these is no vacancy.
