Congratulations for your performance
According to your NEET 2020 score your Overall Percentile is: 99.63 - 100 and your Predicted Rank is: 2223 - 3873. Its difficult to predict whether you will get AIIMS but with these ranks there are low chances to get AIIMS DELHI, But you have chance to get admission in any of the famous medical colleges like MAMC ,VMMC ,KGMU etc as you haven't mentioned your category so its difficult to tell about probable colleges.
