The eligibility criteria for appearing in NEET is that you should have 40% aggregate marks in PCB if you belong to obc category,for AIIMS you should have 60% aggregate marks in PCBE if you belong to obc category while for JIPMER you should have 50% aggregate marks in PCB if you belong to obc category.your age should be less than 30 years if you belong to obc category, so if you full fill this criteria then you are eligible for appearing in all exams.i hope this information helps you.
