Dear Vamsi, in 2018, under OBC Category 407 marks secured a seat in Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute. That is the highest cut off. The top colleges have cut offs lesser than 453 for OBC Category and you also have a shot at:
Mysore Medical College: 378
Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences: 394
Hassan Institute of Medical Sciences: 378
Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences: 383
Belgaum Institute of Medical Sciences: 399
Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for thr exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Neverthless, you have a chance of gettung a seat in a Government Medical College. Please go through this link for complete list of colleges along with their cut offs for General Category. https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-karnataka/amp
