Hey,
Admission for the undergraduate courses in the University of Delhi is based on the marks scored in 12th. See,the cutoff is subjected to variation every year depending upon the performance of the candidates in the board examination. The University of Delhi does not take into consideration, the percentage score of class 10th.
However, for most of the good colleges the cutoff goes as high as 98 percent. And a general cutoff remains 92 percent or so.
However, you can get colleges in the subsequent rounds of cutoff but not in any good College.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.

Yes you can get admission in du as there are so many colleges under DU whose cutoff goes upto 85% in 12th marks. But if you are having troubles in getting the course you like you can also give the entrance test for UG programs in DU. Then you will get admission on the basis of the marks you get in the entrance exam.
