hello. im MBA 2nd year student nd im confused to opt my specilzation sub my minor specilzation is FINANCE but in major im confused b/w MARKETING OR HR can any body suggest me fir major specilzation becoz im creative,innovative thinker but not gud enough in communication , marketing is not gud 4girls

Hi chetna,

You have chosed your minor subject..

And now you are getting difficulty in choosing major.. so as you mentioned that what are your skills i suggest you to choose HR as itsi also a very good field for girls..  the work of the HR is to maintain the company and recruitments..
