As you mentioned you may get a seat at any private medical college or any government college through management quota and for this you require a high amount of money if you able to bear. Otherwise you cannot get any seat at any government medical college. Better luck next time and try harder.

However woth previous year cutoff makrs for admission you can have an idea about your admission chances.

As per the previous years trends The state qouta cutoff for general category candidate in terna medical college mubai ranges in between 500-560.

As you have not mentioned your category so considering you as a general category student with 220 marks it seems difficult for you to get a state qouta seat in yerna medical college.

So you can try for management qouta seat or repeat the neet exam so that to obtain a good score to get the government qouta mbbs seat.

Terna medical college is a private college and the admission into the college also depends on category as the cutoff varies every year and for general category they should have minimum of 50% percentile to get admission similarly OBC - 45% and SC& ST shoul score 40%. I don't think so you would get admission into the college with such low score.
