see first of all based on jee main score you can not take admission in iits, but you may take admission in nits or iiits. however as per your score you have less chances for nits, iiits, gftis in josaa counselling. however  you have options for private engineering colleges. you need to apply directly to the colleges or the state counselling based on jee main score.
