Hello,
Initially you don't have to do anything the amount that was debited twice will be refunded to the same bank account with 4 working days from the date of payment. Only one payment amount will be debited. If the refund is not credited within 4 working days then you need to send your information like transaction ID, hall ticket number, date of payment and name to the email id: cetrefund2020@gmail.com
