as you mention above from this rank you mostly get any lower nit or you get any iiit or gifti 

on the basis of your rank I prefured, you will try for IIT ALLAHABAD  which is best in all iit I think it difficult you to get this iiit but if you get then it will be the best option on this rank.  you also try northeast nit from this rank like nit  Sikkim, nit Nagaland or nit Agartala.
