Last year the cut off rank for general category for your course in BHU was 616, and for OBC category the cut off rank was 350 and cut off marks were 181. So, with your marks of 231 and general rank of 498 along with OBC rank of 131, you can be almost certain of getting admission, unless there's some drastic change in the cut off this year.
