Assam CEE Cut Off is normally decided by Assam Science & Technology University which is the exam conducting body of Assam CEE which is organized to grant admission to Bachelor of technology and Bachelor of engineering courses offered by the colleges of Assam.
With 127 marks from being general category you can easily get into jorhat engineering college, as the cutoff is of 120 marks. But you cannot get into Assam engineering college as the previous year cutoff is 130 marks.
