Hello aspirant,
No! You won't get cbit in second counseling for ece branch as your rank is 6k. And belongs to bc-b category.you need to get around 3k inorder to seat for ece branch in cbit.
You may get inf, civil, mec

thanks for asking your query as per your performance and rank in eamcet 2019 you have chance of getting cbit but branch cannot be sure because your rank is low therefore you may get seat in further rounds of counselling.
