According to the MCC Schedule uploaded at: https://mcc.nic.in/UGCounselling/Home/ShowPdf?Type=0C8487C1F27F2B7B25C7272917E5B6E14DCC1C0E&ID=C1DFD96EEA8CC2B62785275BCA38AC261256E278, the choice locking is available from November 24th from 3pm IST. So you cannot lock your choices before that time. So please wait until 3pm today.
