There is no way that you can attend for counseling without attending CET exam.

but there is a way if you want to join engineering College, based upon your j e e mains scores you can join in any of the state level engineering College through do B-categorie.

Joining procedure of b category she is not involved in counselling. You have to go to the college respective college have their respective dates of allotment of seats.

You can apply as per your JEE MAIN rank. If you have given JEE MAIN exam then you can register for counselling based on your JEE rank. As IPU also take admission based on JEE MAIN exam. So do your counselling properly. You can easily participate in the counselling of IPU . So register for counselling a s per your rank. They also provide Colleges based on your JEE rank. According to your rank in JEE MAIN they allotted Colleges to you. It depends on the cutoff list. The cutoff list depends on the number of students appeared in the exam and the level of paper. So go through counselling in a better way.
