First of all congratulations for the rank you got and I should say thanks for asking such type of good question
Yes there is possibility to get the seat   in s.v university because you have secured  the rank below1000  as per my knowledge concern the aspirants who got below 4000 rank is able to get the seat bcz while I have written  icet I also think that if would get good rank below 4000 I have to choose this university but unfortunately I got 10000 rank and I chose some other college

Only the thing is you have to opt this university inthe first counselling
