Hi,
Yes you can get lower streams in VIT two campuses. According to rank & the previous year cut offs, you have chances to get CIVIL, BIOCHEMICAL & production engineering in main campus.

For Chennai Campus - Fashion Technology, civil, electronics & computer engineering
