Hello,

According to the official brochure, you will be able to appear for JEE Main examination if you have completed a diploma recognized by AICTE or a state board of technical education of at least 3-year duration. However, technically, you can only attempt the exam for the purpose of qualifying to appear for JEE Advanced. You will not be able to take admissions in the NITs, CFTIs or the IIITs as diploma candidates are not eligible for these admissions.

Thank You sir. For Your information , and One more question is. If the Diploma student can get a Top 1000 and 2000 rank in JEE exam. Then what was the use of it , If the above clgs did not give him a Seat for Btech/other course
