sorry to say diploma candidates are not eligible to apply for jee main or jee advanced test, you need to pass 12th exam or final year in 12th couerse to become eligible to give jee main or jee advance exam.
diploma passed candidates are eligible to apply for state universities and state government engineering colleges for btech admission through lateral entry admission test, nits and iits does not have any admission policy for lateral candidates.
