No there is no need to pass BDS, provided you want to discontinue the course. But still you must somehow work on just passing semester examinations with minimum pass marks, as itll just relieve you of additional tension, during your NEET Exam and Preparation, as youll always have backup as continuing with BDS.

As far as NEET Preparation is concerned, just 2 words, concentrate and strategize. Focus on these two words, and trust me youll succeed. Just keep a balance between your BDS and NEET Preparation.
