Definitely you should participate in spot round counselling an dyou can have good chances with vacant seats available based on your GMR rankings.

Ranks below 10000 have high chances of conversion into Government engineering college.

Hey Abhijit,

Why not, If you are not alloted any seat in counselling and the counselling is over then you can apply for spot round.

May be you will get seat in spot round.
