You haven't mentioned the name or code of the course in which you have secured 11.6k rank in CET.
IP University offers various Undergraduate courses and depending upon the no. Of colleges or course, 11.6k can be considered good for some courses while for some not so popular courses, 11.6k rank would not fetch you a seat in any college.
