Dear Gourav, as on 25th August 2018, MCI has set guidelines for certain disabilities to be eligible for PWD reservation. For hearing impairement any disability equal to or more than 40% cannot be considered eligible for Medical Course in disability quota. With 65% jearing impairement, unfortunately you do not qualify for PWD reservation in NEET. However, this doesn't disqualify you from appearing for NEET. You will still be eligible for NEET and based on your Category, you can avail benefits if your Category belongs to Reserved Category. The same rule applies to AIIMS as well.
