As the cutoff ranks are changing every year for the engineering colleges it became hard to tell if one can get a seat of their preferred college considering their rank. Considering the previous year's cutoffs ranks, it may be hard to get into the SVC college. But you can try for college, if not selected in the 1st counselling then opt for the 2nd counselling.
