Hi, admissions in DU are done through merit for most of the courses and merit includes best of four percentage. Admissions aren't done through overall percentage. In order to calculate best of four for B.Com you must include:

English
Maths
And two other academic/ elective courses

As far as which colleges you can take admission in, depends on your best of four percentage and your desired course. Last year the cut off for B.Com in top DU colleges started from 97.5%.
If you could provide your best of four percentage, we'll be able to provide you with names of the colleges you might be able to get admission in.
