yes you can get admission into DELHI UNIVERSITY with 85%

and you can get admission into good colleges by availing the various advantages available to the students such as:

4% - 10% relaxation for students opting sanskrit as MIL subject and in some colleges they dont have sankrit instead there is urdu, punjabi, bengali

if you are a female student then many colleges are giving 1% relaxation to girls

again it all depends on cut off and as the scenario is the cut off might decrease by upto 3% during 3rd cut off due to slow admission in starting and with 85% you have a good chance of landing admission into a good college.
