You are expecting a decent score you have high chance getting medical college but the cut off may varry year to year as the competition is going high but need not to worry as you even have obc category so you would have high chance of getting GOVT SEAT if you miss that you will get private under state you will definitely get where as i would suggest you to use college predictor to know which college you would get

Dear Jyothika,  you havent mentioned which area are you a local to. Neverthless, in 2018 under State Quota, the cut offs for various areas under BC Category are as follows:
AU: 484
SVU: 473
OU: 458
Going by previous cut offs and your expectant score, it is difficult if you belong to AU or SVU area. But you have a chance if you belong to OU area. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
