Hello Moni
With 8,000 rank in TS EAMCET and bring a SC category student, getting a seat in veterinary (BVSc) is very low likely due to the fact that the cutoff rank for your category is around 4000-6000 rank.
If the cutoff goes high this year, then there will be a possibility of getting your desired branch in your desired college.
Hope this answer helps! Thank You!!!
With 8,000 rank in TS EAMCET under SC category (non-farmer quota), chances for BVSc & AH (veterinary seats) in government colleges are low, since veterinary seats are very limited and usually close before 3,000–4,000 ranks even in reserved categories. However, you may still get a seat in private veterinary colleges or allied agricultural courses during later rounds depending on seat availability.

If you have got 8,000 rank in TS EAMCET under SC category non farmer quota, then you have a fair chance of getting a veterinary seat. Usually, the veterinary cutoffs for SC candidates in Telangana go up to around 12,000 to 15,000 ranks depending on the year and number of seats. Since your rank is within this range, you can expect a seat, though it may depend on the counselling round and availability. Your chances are higher in later rounds if you don’t get it in the first one.
